Interesting, I’m assuming the information came from box office mojo. Is that correct? Also I don’t consider the Narnia films to be Christian (although sometimes Christian in message), but I see what you mean about budget impact on the box office.
I pulled the information from a couple sources including BoxOffice.com. I don’t know who selects the genre that is reported. Some say “Noah” fits the Christian genre and others say it doesn’t. It was not listed as being a part of the Christian genre. Nor was “The Blind Side” listed, although the producer and director agree that it was a sports film genre, not Christian.
